Many of us want to stop clogging landfills, waterways, and the ocean with plastic waste.

We want to be planet-wise consumers and not use single-use plastic products. But some of the alternatives we’ve turned to are not accomplishing our goals.

WHY WE NEED ALTERNATIVES TO SINGLE-USE PLASTICS:
Reuse items are a better alternative to single-use plastics. But while we can’t keep dumping 800 million tons of plastics into our oceans and landfills, we also need good alternatives that are sustainable and don’t add to our carbon footprint.
