What can I write about Emmalyn? She’s either really, really naïve and ignorant or the world’s biggest fake. Maybe where she comes from, women and girls get attention from men and boys by pretending to be sweet and stupid.

Also, she loooves to quote her “mama” and the Bible. Nope. I don’t buy her sweet southern mountain girl routine. She sort of gave away her "other side," making lustful comments about our language instructor Mike Yazzie's hot body. She didn't sound very Sunday school then.

No one can be as stupid as Emmalyn acts. Not really. If you were that stupid, your brain would shut down and your blood would stop circulating.

I don’t know what she’s up to, but I’m sure it’s something.

I guess this is terrible of me to say, but I'd vote for Emmalyn as the girl most likely to wind up pole dancing for money in a gross dive bar.
